Super delicious and they have amazing churros! I got tamales & nachos. Nachos were amazing.

We stopped into this little restaurant hoping to try some Mexican food in Saint Joseph and were so glad we did! Such a cozy spot, and the posole was absolutely excellent—full of flavor and comforting. We would definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re craving great posole. We’ll be back! 🌟

I absolutely love the food at Arriba. I've never had a bad meal - my only complaint is, I wish they would be more consistent. We order from here a lot as a work group and the orders are never consistent. You are suppose to get "free chips and salsa" when you order a bowl or a burrito, but that never happens for take-out. We were asked today if we wanted our "free chips/salsa" - Oh, that's an option, then - yes, please! If an order already ordered chips, they were skipped on the free salsa. The front lady can be nice, but she has her days of being not so nice; so I suppose it depends on if they are busy or not if you catch her on a good day or not. She just seems scattered and short with the customers when they are there to pick-up orders. As sad as it is, I'd much rather order through

Update* Food: 2/5 Service: 3/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 12/8/23 Update* This is my last review of Arriba! Taqueria, as I will not visit again. I get the rising cost of food, but please don't short change your customers. If you raise your prices, please keep your meals quality. I paid $12 for three cold lousy tacos and rice. The steak was dry and unflavorable. The tortillas were raw, with one tortilla per taco; usually, taco joints grill their tortillas and double wrap each taco. To top of my frustration, I asked for double rice instead of rice and beans. I received two baby portions of rice. This little poerion of food for $12 dollars! Sorry, but I'm disappointed in this meal. Third time at Arriba! Taqueria was okay. Taco spot in Saint Jospeh, I stopped to eat dinner. I loved the homemade salsa!

Good, but not great food. Real small sides of rice & beans with the "dinner." Pretty much serve yourself but they still ask for a tip when you pay. Tables and benches aren't wiped down, and a big pile of dirty plates over in the collection/trash area. Prices are ok for what you get, chips & salsa aren't complimentary but are really cheap. Birria was good but not the best I've ever had. Likely wouldn't return.
