Around the World Cafe Bakery

We have seen so many positive gluten-free reviews about this place and couldn’t wait to check it out. It did not disappoint! We stopped by for breakfast. The place was busy on a Sunday morning, but we were able to score a table for two. It’s been a long time since we’ve had real crepes, gluten-free. So good! We had the Nicola’s Crepes and Nora’s Crepes and a very delicious latte. We did not get glutened, and we will definitely be back.

A great place for worldly food. This cafe and bakery is located at 119 5th Ave in Indialantic, Florida, right off SR 192 ( 5th Ave as it runs east toward the beach). It is easy to spot in a row of shops on teh south side of teh road leading toward the beach. Parking is available in the back behind the restaurant, with entrance from the front or back door. Street parking is also an option nearby, though it can fill up on busier days.It was not busy when we visited, making it relaxed and pleasant. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming, with a display case of delicious fresh-baked treats (pastries, cakes, and desserts) greeting you as you enter. Everything looks tempting. The place is very cute! I loved the inside of the restaurant, there were many cups, plates, decorations, etc. for sale. There was a baked goods section that you can take home. The food was delicious, there were many menu options as well. The service was amazing as well! I would recommend this place to everyone.

We have been to Around the World Cafe many times, and it truly never disappoints. Every visit is a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Some of our absolute favorites are the borscht soup, goulash, cabbage rolls, and their crepes—both savory and sweet—which are always perfectly prepared and delicious. And whatever you do, don’t forget to order a cappuccino to go with your meal! The cafe itself has the cutest, coziest ambiance that makes you want to sit, relax, and enjoy your time there. It feels warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. Even more special is that it’s family owned, and the owners are some of the kindest, friendliest small business owners you will ever meet. I am actually surprised i didn’t rate this place before . Their service is impeccable, friendly, semi-fast, always correct. Their food is also very good but i would stick to their speciality, which is water European dishes and some Asian dishes too. We tried the salads and i was not impressed, however everything from pierogis and soups to salted vegetables, crepes, sausages, everything is exceptional and it tastes like home. Overall very relaxed ambiance, gears service and food. You might just wait a second to get your food but it’s worth it for sure. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I’ll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that.
