Aroma Joe's Coffee House & Drive Thru

I always look forward to getting Aroma Joe's coffee on the weekends. Everyone is super friendly at the windows. The coffee is always good, never bitter or old. They have so many coffee flavorings too.

I’ve been ordering me and my daughter coffees and sandwiches there a once or twice a week for years now. I use their website to pre-order which uses DoorDash to send the order to them. I ordered a sandwiches and drinks. We got there about 25 minutes later. They said they needed another five minutes. Gave them another five minutes then she told me she needed another six minutes so I had to leave, Bring my daughter to school. Came back to pick up the food and drinks and she told me to cancel the order. I’m not making your order. I’m only doing the people in drive thru. so in total about 45 minutes and not one sandwich or coffee was made and was told she was not going to make it even offered to go through the drive-through if it made it easier for her. I came in to get a drink for my daughter and the woman behind the counter helped me figure out exactly what she wanted (if you have a teenager, you'll understand lol). My daughter said it was made perfectly.

Good coffee, good pretzels, nice clean store. Great place to sit down and pretend like you’re doing something on your laptop while drinking coffee.

Noticed lack of effort in staff. Went on multiple occasions, double checked orders before paying when received coffee dairy wrong had to reassemble my own sandwich multiple times. EXCESSIVE amount of salt on pretzel bottom of bag filled with salt, today no Salt!!🤣 No consistency, SOME staff friendly most inconsiderate of customer service and should probably seek a different profession.🤷🏻‍♀️
