Aroma Joe's Coffee

Everyone working was very polite. We received our food and coffees very quickly. The staff even went out of their way to tell us goodbye and wish us a nice day. That was a very nice little caveat.

I can always count on my order to be made incorrectly. If I wanted I wanted to drink milk and sugar with a splash of cold brew that’s what I’d order. Drive the extra five minutes and go to the Scarborough location.

I’ve been going to aroma joes for many years, I even used to work at one of the locations for an amount of time. I understand that sometimes it is difficult to be polite to customers, customers service isn’t always easy. With that being said, I have gone to this location since I moved to the area, by myself and with others who are also local. Recently, some of the staff at the window have been extremely disrespectful comments towards us, saying things as if we can’t hear them. “Omg they’re here again” and Laughing, and being rude. So much so that we didn’t want to continue going there so we gave our service to the Scarborough location.

The staff is always great, but the handful of times I’ve been, it’s beyond slow. I think operations as a whole is poor, but like I said, staff is always hustling. Then again… this is how my breakfast sandwich came. Come on guys.

Painfully inconsistent. Some days there's an issue with the coffee. Today my five dollar ice coffee was so weak it was undrinkable. Other times it's great. Reconsidering playing roulette every time I need a coffee I guess.
