Aroma Joe's Coffee

After shopping a little My Husband and I just wanted to go get something like a cup of coffee.. The lady was super friendly, but yes, they were super busy. Busy is normal for a good coffee shop attitude was great. It’s just the coffee that was a no enough for me. I’m going back right this minute and I’m hoping it’s great! OK first time here and I am a big time coffee drinker. I’ve owned my own small coffee shop and this was definitely not coffee. I went for a campfire latte. Let’s just say there was a latte milk. 🥛 There was nothing but milk. It was steamed milk. I think it was more of a white hot chocolate. There was no coffee whatsoever. My Husband tasted his marshmallow, but I did not. I tasted nothing but milk. Here’s what we got and this was literally right after and an hour later. M

Sadly the consistency here is not good here. I really like coming here, the wait usually 15 -20 which is ok if your order is the best. My latte was the wrong size and tasted like hot water. For whatever reason if you order a large it's always like this. Medium is the magic which I always order. Whoever owns this place needs to care about training their team. This is not a employee issue.

Slowest service of all time. It takes 7-10 mins a car to get your order. If you’re just 5th in line, you’re waiting 30+ mins to just get to the window. They work at an insanely slow speed and do not care at all. They make very simple drinks that take a minute to make at most and cook pre made small overpriced snacks. I decided to be an NPC for once and sit in a 5 car line. From history I knew it would take forever, but I’ve never sat in a line bigger than 2 cars here and wanted to try being a loser. Well it’s miserable, I’ve had 3 cars behind me leave the line while I’ve been here and 1 in front of me left after waiting 25 mins and only 3rd in line, guess they couldn’t take it any longer. Only come here if you are the ONLY person pulling up. If you see a line, DRIVE AWAY. Be happy you save

Great coffee, just give yourself an extra ~hour to get it because they are in ZERO hurry to get people their coffee. Seriously, there were about 5 or 6 cars in front of us and it took almost an hour to get two coffees and an order of hash browns. Ridiculous!

The staff at this Aroma Joe’s is great for the four people they do have working, but it’s borderline unacceptable to make your employees work alone and handle everything then get mad when they need help. But I love the drinks and I love the people. Maybe the owner should do better.
