Food was great burgers were pretty decent size sides were great everything was nice and hot fresh definitely would go again enjoyed waitress kept our drinks full couldn't have asked for a better experience

I’ve waited to try this location after seeing FB posts about slow service when they first opened. Finally stopped by tonight to check it out. Two of us went around 5pm on a Friday night. The sign said seat yourself. We found one available 6 person table in the front left corner. A server joined us relatively quickly and took our order. It was a little chilly in the corner with the air blowing. Our food came out pretty quick. The buns weren’t pretty but the burger was great. The onion rings and fries were great. The fountain drinks had a little weird taste to them. The carbonation and syrup mix seemed fine, just a little extra taste of something I couldn’t place. First visit to Arnold’s of Seneca and the service was excellent. The employee at the window was extremely friendly and even offered me a menu to keep, which was appreciated. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, plus onion rings and coleslaw. Total was $13.08 before tip, which is a very good price. Wait time was reasonable, but the bag felt light, and unfortunately, that reflected the portions. The chicken portion was quite small (2.68 oz.), with minimal toppings on a plain white bun. The coleslaw and onion rings appeared pre-packaged and the coleslaw was watery. Overall, the food was very basic and under-seasoned. Two stars instead of three because while the service was outstanding, food quality and portion size didn’t meet expectations. A slight price increase to
