Coyote Coffee Cafe - Seneca

They just opened so bare with them as the staff is getting up to speed and the drive thru is not open yet. The brewed coffee was nice and not bitter. Very friendly staff. The space was clean and organized. Wishing they had more merchandise for me to spend more money. Edit: drive thru is open.

It’s easy when everything goes right. During their training period, I picked up two drinks for my wife and co worker. They were disappointing. I came in today and they gave me replacement drinks on the spot. Impressive customer focus and I will be back often to reward their amazing service!

I was so excited to see a new cafe going in, and oh my gosh, it is amazing! Aesthetically, the building is beautiful inside and outside. Simple, muted but not boring, just calming. The owners are genuinely fantastic and instantly greeted me, then helped me pick a drink (I got the Valentine coffee as a frozen drink). White chocolate, cherry, and almond. I love cherry in my coffee, but it’s never strong enough. This was balanced perfectly, and that matters to me because cherry isn’t usually around for long at most places so I like to enjoy it while it’s here. This is THE BEST Valentine’s related beverage I’ve ever had. The coffee flavor is there, and it’s smooth. The white chocolate and cherry are both perfectly balanced and DELICIOUS. The texture of the frozen coffee is delightfully smooth

Coyote Coffee is a refreshing new experience for coffee & tea in Seneca. The staff is friendly and blend up your favorite brew in a timely fashion. The decor is modern and gives you a comfortable spot to enjoy your breakfast while surfing the web. Thank you for your service.
