Aria

I've been eating at Aria Fusion for about 15 years. The food is amazing. Sushi, Pad Tai, Sesame Chicken, the Cerviche pictured is fantastic. They could be a little friendlier on a consistent basis, which has affected some reviews. However, they aren't rude. Overall, we love the food and it's worth going to as often as we can.

First time eating here, just moved to the area. We ordered the chicken hibachi meal, goyza dumplings and a California roll. Food was just ok. Atmosphere was small, but nice and quiet. Service is another story. Ordered on DoorDash, waited 15-20 minutes before walking over (2 minute walk from my place), then sat and waited for OVER 45 minutes in the store. It was a Sunday and there was 1 group of 3 people in the entire restaurant. More and more people came after us and waited at the front for just as long and I’m assuming longer since we left first. Not sure if they were under staffed, maybe there was a problem with DoorDash, etc. Unsure if I would return.

The food is AMAZING - one of the best Asian fusion I've had! Be patient if you go here - staff is totally overwhelmed with all the customers getting takeout, delivery service and regular diners. The dumpling soup is unbelievable. Lobster tempura roll was "fire" according to my son.

So I walk in and it’s extremely hot. It’s 80° outside and they do not have on the AC at all inside the store so I said there’s no AC she said no the AC is not working at the moment so I said OK if the AC is not working at the moment, I’m not going to stay here. She says hold on and then she turns on the air conditioner but it’s already so hot in the store that it’s like I don’t feel anything. I had to just ask for a box to take my food to go eventually because I couldn’t take it any longer. I guess they are trying to save on the electric because there weren’t any other customers at the moment

Ordered takeout. Waited over a half hour past the time I was told to come in to pick up the order. Food was cold and terrible. Baby back ribs were very overcooked, dry and inedible. Plus there was a hair in the container. Spring rolls were not crispy at all and very cold. The place is totally unorganized and disheveled. Will not be returning. Spent a $100 and it was a total waste of money.
