Shout out to LEA - the host with the MOST! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was inviting and relaxed. The space felt comfortable and casual—perfect for a lunch or early dinner after some beach time. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. Cheesesteak was great!

Every year we go on vacation to OC, MD. We always take one day and drive up to Rehoboth Beach and we always stopped at Arena’s for lunch. Very friendly service, it’s never too busy and we always get seated quickly. The food is great, it always comes out quick and hot. The portions are huge, so come with an empty stomach! We will definitely keep coming every single year!

Stopped in for a mid-day break... was seated two tables back from the bar. Noticed the Happy Hour Specials listed on a Placard at the table. Unfortunately, happy hour specials only good at one of the twelve stools 'at the bar'. C'est la vie... The death fries are excellent. Staff was friendly and quick to help if you needed anything. Worth a visit, but not the experience we've had in the past at the closed Route 1 location...where happy hours were good anywhere at the establishment..inside or out.

DO NOT GET THE FISH AND CHIPS! They are absolutely terrible!! They came looking like pathetic bland chicken wings instead of a fish. The batter was awful! And the actual pathetic amounts of fish were terrible as well. It is such a disgrace compared to what they used to serve a few years ago.

Great place to grab a bite to eat or hang out at the bar area and get a couple drinks. The vibe was pretty chill and service was good. We were seated quickly and got food order fast as well. There are also nights where there is live music, so I’m sure that could a fun time to hang out as well. Great sandwiches and for a reasonable price.
