Arctic Circle

So we came in at 8:50 on a Wednesday - more than an hour before the drive through closed. There were FIFTEEN (no exaggeration) people in their dining area with us and she proceeded to tell us that the “dining room was closed”. We were able to order but as we stepped away from the counter she told the family behind us that they’re open an hour later on Friday and Saturday?????? And then turned them away. It was 9:00. I’m not sure in what universe you leave the doors unlocked just to tell people they can’t eat in here and then turn away paying customers. I hope we’ll get our food? I’m typing this as I sit in the closed dining room - she said I could wait but not eat. Kinda weird. Poor service. Not fast. She was obviously annoyed we came. Although,they are overpriced. The staff is great, always have been super nice and friendly. We drive up a ways from the south bc we like this location verses the Logan one.

I received a receipt that showed I paid the full amount. They got my order ready and then told me my card didn’t pay the full amount and I owed $7 more dollars. This has never happened. I asked for a manager who couldn’t explain why and said they don’t actually give receipts of what the card is charged. Now I’m worried employee/manager are using my card. I’ve had to put a hold on my card and get a new one. Be careful!

Great fast food I have been here several times for lunch and it never disappoints. The service is also great.

Food: Super delicious! I had the “Trash Burger” which I super duper recommend! It was delicious!! Service: Paul was absolutely fantastic! Made lots of good recommendations, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was safe since I’m celiac - they cleaned the grill, got everything from fresh containers, etc. Loved it! Atmosphere: Move place, very clean, huge unisex restrooms. It was great though a bit bland - they could use some posters or pictures or something.
