Arctic Circle

Ordered our food from the drive thru. Sound system sounded like it was from the 1970s. The guy taking our order was nice and got it right, the kitchen however could not read the order I guess. We ordered bag of 5 burgers with no pickles and extra white sauce but what we got was those nasty pickles on all 5 burgers. It’s frustrating when people cannot read.

To start off, the location was so run down. I thought I was going to a crack house when walking in. The interior is okay but it's the outside, the lack of space, and lack of character/energy of the place that really kills it. They had clean restrooms though. So, that's good. However, regarding the food, I would've rather had Walmart frozen food. I know these people are supposed to be the inventors of the holy Fry Sauce but that can't be the only thing that carries the establishment. The cheeseburger was mid, the chicken nuggets tasted like dino nuggets from Smith's, and the fries tasted like rubber. It was not good. The service was good though, so that's good. This place is still chugging along but they're gonna need to step up their game.

What we thought was a fun family outing, letting our kids play on the playground and get dinner, turned into a nightmare. All of us got food poisoning. Puking all night, diarrhea, and absolute misery. I really hope whatever the issue was didn’t affect too many other customers. The playground is fun for toddlers, and there was a really kind, helpful cashier that worked there. But ultimately I would recommend avoiding this location, because no amount of service can compensate for food poisoning.

Ordered 2 SW salads for lunch. They forgot the dressing. Then forgot the MICROWAVED corn salsa. More employees than customers. This place is doing the death rattle. "Brandon, are those fries ready?!" shouted at full volume.

We got shakes right before closing, the few younger employees were so nice. Made our shakes so fast and did it all with a smile! They offered a pup cup for our dog as well!! Not to mention they were delish
