Arby's

I've done paid for my meal, went to get a refill on my drink and Dr Pepper was OUT, so I was ok I will get a Coke... it too, was OUT. I went up to tell workers and 1 worker was like ok I will get with it as soon as I can. I waited 15 minutes, plus used the bathroom in that time, NOTHING was done. My husband's crinkle fries were cold & hard. He believes they were from lunchtime or noon. He complained to me that his buns tasted dated as well. He didn't go up & complain, because it took us 15 minutes to get our food? Also, our 10 year old granddaughter came out of the restroom & said she almost fell in the toilet. The toilet seat is loose!! Safety hazard! So, that means that drive through folks was getting carbonated water, not their Coke or Dr P. Normally I like this Arbys, but it makes me q

The food was fine but I’m sick and tired of going and getting fast food and the service is just incredibly Rude. We pull up the the window to get our food and the worker doesn’t even bother to say hi or anything. Hands us our food and closes the window. No this is everything just closed the window without a word. I’ve worked in the service industry for years and I understand it’s not always fun I however don’t appreciate being straight up ignored

Normally there are some really nice people working that's why I stop when I'm in town. Tonight the young man on the register was miserable acting, no thank you, no smile made us customers feel like a bother. Dude if you don't like your job quit and don't ruin a businesses reputation. Do better.

I did not know that Arby’s had a breakfast menu. Noticed it was open at 8am so I decided to check it out. Just got a sausage biscuit, added bacon and cheese. Really good! Sausage tasted great, biscuit almost as good as Hardee’s. About $3.

When I pulled in the parking lot there was a man screaming about his fish. I figured if it was that good to scream about I better try it. I was not disappointed the fish was hot and tasty don’t let the looks deceive you this was very good quality. Sandwich was full of meat and not smashed like when I get it at most locations. The ladies working today did a great job
