Arby's

Ordered pick up on the app to eat inside. Lady at the counter didn't even look at me once. Food was fresh but wow can you please turn down the intense christian music you are blasting inside? Can't even enjoy the food. Weird.

Went thru the drive thru on Saturday. Once we were done ordering we literally sat in line for 25-30 minutes. The team had no sense of urgency and didn't care we were sitting and waiting forever. No apology offered and not very good customer service. This is the worst "FAST" food place.

The food is always good. The staff members are super friendly. I usually use the drive-thru, but I always enjoy dining in when I have time. I particularly love the music in the dining room.

Ordered delivery due to my recent surgery and the fact that I couldn't leave my house and of course they can't double check the order before it left the store and it was missing one of the main items. So frustrating. Tried submitting a response to the owner in the comments but received this each time I tried. (The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is 8fa83c4f-e958-40e9-a7b7-fb4e02ad2b93) I think they do it on purpose just to get you to give up so they dont have to deal with it. Well you win. I gave up.

Stopped by the Upper Sandusky location for some Reubens for St Patty's Day. It was right around 4:00pm and the location wasn't extremely busy. Had a coupon for $4 sandwiches which the girl at the register was unsure how to use, but the manager took care of it. The sandwiches were amazing and filling. Gotta love Arby's....they have the meats!
