Having to wait over 7 mins in the drive thru with 1 other person in front of you is pretty crazy. Seemed like they were trying to resolve some sort of payment issue but instead of pulling the person forward they just handled everything at the window while me (the litteral only other customer) waits. The food isn't that good anymore and its way overpriced anyways so I just went to the McDonald's across the street and it was quicker, cheaper and the same quality

Average - *** Ordered the artisan buffalo chicken wrap this time with lemonade and curly fries.. The artisan wrap was nice. The main problem was buffalo chicken had very less sauce on it. Otherwise it was good. Love their lemonade.

I like Arby’s always have. But I feel that big hedge fund bought it and that discourages me. Today I had the 2 for $6 (chicken sandwich & reg roast beef) small fries and a small drink. $11.63. Food was fine. The place is clean, there is some drive thru traffic and little walk in traffic. It’s lunchtime on a Thursday. There may need to consider a somewhat different model if they want to keep the lights on.

Tried their fish sandwich for first time and liked it. Super friendly employee at the drive-thru. They always get my order right every time I go to this location.

Ya know "shrinkflation" is a real thing. The proportions compared to price are not equal. Its too expensive for amount and quality. I feel like the employees also see this. The conversations I've had with employees here have let me know that size/amount has changed significantly. Just not enough bang for the buck. Unless I have no other option, I probably won't be back. I can't really afford it and it just doesn't taste as good as it used to. I'm sincerely sorry for this outcome.😒
