Update August 2025: Never had the chicken tenders but had a coupon and figured why not? Coupons and deals are great to let us sample new things. Pretty good for the price which included some curly fries, and the curly fries were fine, but they could've fried the chicken to a more appetizing golden brown and warmer in temperature, and pieces should be of more equal sizes since one was more like an elongated nugget (see pics). ******* Great job remodeling! What a surprisingly pleasant interior for a fast food restaurant! The industrial chic look with the metal, wood, tile, and muted red booths and chairs makes for an upbeat atmosphere. The store was empty when I arrived 3:00pm, yet the staff appeared more focused on yelling, using inappropriate language (f bombs), and playing around—at one point even tossing items into a garbage can like a basketball hoop while the manager held the can up. It was clear they didn’t notice or didn’t care that a customer was present. The young woman who took my order was professional, but the individual I believe to be the manager was lying on the floor behind her during the interaction, which created a very unprofessional impression. Additionally, the lobby was not well-maintained. There were no napkins or sauces available, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing these issues and improving the customer experience.

So as fast food places go after 5pm usually is a team of youngsters with very little desire to do much except collect a paycheck... HOWEVER this was NOT our experience here, from the moment we walked in we has fabulous service. William took our order and was super friendly, you could tell he cared about the customer experience. He personally brought our food to the table and asked if there was anything else we needed instead of the normal call your number from the counter. I promise you that if he could have served us on glass plates and refilled our beverages he would have. Every person working there that we interacted with was pleasant and went out of their way to be sure to provide really good service. Thank you to the team working on 2-12-26. You guys are awesome!

I lived on Long Island New York in the 70s and there was an Arby's nearby. I was a regular customer. They had a great sandwich, piled high with roast beef and a killer sweet sauce! It was an ideal alternative to a Quarter Pounder or Whopper. I recently went to an Arby's nearby "for old times sake.". I ordered the Arby's Classic. What I got was a slider! About 2 inches, dry and dull. I know that a lot of these changes are happening in the Fast Food industry, (It only takes one hand to handle a Whopper these days....) but not to this extreme. Sadly disappointed.

I usually order the double beef and cheddar. Only at this location, you can order a double, have them charge you for a double, and receive a single. Last 5 times I've been there I've had to return the single sandwich to get the double I asked for. This time they wouldn't even take it back.
