Arby's

Went through drive through had to pull up and wait with no one else in line. When we got food the French fries were old and cold. My sandwich was cold and both of our sweet teas were just barely sweet water! They got to do better!

I hate regret to say that I was very disappointed and I usually am not at this arby's and the food is always normally really good, but I ordered 2 loaded Italians pay for it online. This morning, I'm with to go pick it up and was informed. They don't make them anymore so I ended up getting Roast Beef and Swiss French dips but cheese was melted all over the paper.Not on the sandwich and the only gave me not even a half a container of the au jus how is very disappointing?Never have I had this kind of experience with ordering online and then not getting what I ordered

Stopped in while my son & I happened to be out in Summerville on a Saturday afternoon. I know Arby's is pushing for people to order online, because we walked in to find absolutely no one behind the counter. We waited for a few minutes before someone came to help us. She took part of our order then abruptly walked away. Someone else then came out and we started the order again. She was polite enough but was flat and without a hint of a smile or any personality whatsoever. Then we waited...and waited...and waited. Apparently we were also penalized for ordering in the store by only getting half-filled containers of fries. This place absolutely sucked the joy out of me.

The sandwich was just ok. Lots of fat. Instead of cooking fresh curly fries they gave me scraps from the bottom of the pan. And I order an apple turnover unheated. The one they gave me seemed to be heated yesterday as was flat as a pancake and the icing was melted and then dried to the paper. Had I not been on the road, I would have returned it. It was a horrible meal. I will never go there again.

Ordered 4 for 10 roast beef sandwichs. Two in which threw out in trash. One had old beef, other one thick slice...gross. plus, asked for sauce packets. Only 6 in entire store, in which were very old, brown in color, NOT redish. With NEVER come to THIS store again. I will drive 10 more miles away.
