Clean restaurant, friendly staff. My gyro was hot and fresh, with no compliants. They came back with potato cakes too!! Yes! Lol

Ordered a French Dip and Swiss on Saturday, June 28. The sandwich normally comes with a Italian Sub Roll. My sandwich came with a Hot Dog Bun. It was so small and pathetic. Talked to an employee and manager and they told me they ran out of the Italian Rolls. I complained and was very disappointed. Definitely got ripped off. Paid a premium price for this sandwich. Never offered me a discount or anything. They should have told the customers that they were out of the Italian rolls. By knowing this, I would never have ordered that sandwich. Told me to talk to the owner on Monday to complain.

Normally have good service at this location. Today was not so good. First kid taking order sounder like he did care or want to be there. Placed my order roast beef meal with potato cakes and mozzarella sticks . Was a little busy, did not mind the wait. Paid for my order took a quick look in the bag, first noticed gave me curly fries, and told them ordered potato cakes, which girl at window, corrected. The receipt was wrong which goes to the kid that took the order. Get home and find gave the wrong sandwich was not a roast beef, but a smokehouse brisket which i do not like, because of gouda and mayo. Would have given a 1 star, but girl at window was kind!

We order food from this location all the time while at work and we've never had a problem or complaint about the quality of food. But our visit today was not a pleasant one. I ate a curly fry immediately after pulling away from the drivethru "because thats what you do when you get fries" and they were room temperature. Which is disappointing because I had to wait for the mozzarella sticks to cook. Not a great visit today Arby's. Sad

Today, Sunday at around 12pm, the cashier tried charging me $3 for a large water. Used to love this place but it's gone down hill.
