Arby's

Really great burger! Shredded lettuce, juicy patty. They were even open on a snow day! I highly recommend a delux burger. We went through the drive thru.

Came and ordered a french dip on my lunch break. Get back to work and there is no aju sauce. I called and the manager took my name and said i can come back anytime and get it replaced, ok great! I came to get it replaced and the cashier that seemed like she doesnt want to be there, tells me they have no record of my name. A waste of space, hope something better takes your spot! Ridiculous!

Walked in and nobody was at the registered, except one person working the line that kept pacing back and forth and wouldn't even acknowledge me. 10 minutes later ai finally asked if anybody worked there, si he went to the back and brought another employee back to take my order. I told them what I wanted and all the response I got was a grunt. For sandwiches being $7 a piece you would expect some degree of service with it. Will not come back.

Ordered Gyro meal with curly fries, the He/her, wasn't friendly and was outside hanging out upon arrival, afterwards I was approached and asked what can I get you. When I got my curly fries it was stumbles no...Curls at all! So I took them back and asked for fries, it took at least 15min. Sadd that my favorite restaurant isn't the same.

The downward spiral of Arby’s in general has been disappointing here in SH. The beef and cheddar now has a terrible cheese imitation sauce that is absolutely horrible tasting, shake machine has been down a number of times and another attempt on Sunday to give a try again… long line inside, employees appeared unmotivated as we and many elderly persons patiently waiting in line to order. We ordered a new King Hawaiian Fish Sandwich to try, looked pathetic, only a couple of clean tables for patrons. I’m sure this establishment could do much better.
