Arby's

Went through the drive-thru and was not told at the speaker that there were no fountain drinks. We only found out at the window that they were “offering” bottled drinks instead. On top of that, they stated there was a water main break, meaning no running water at all—including no water for employees to wash their hands. That is a serious health and safety issue. If there is no running water, this location should not be open. At the very least, customers should be informed before ordering so they can decide whether to continue. Extremely poor communication and concerning sanitation practices.

I like Arbys because the burger fry fast food or chicken sandwich can get old. Arbys offers reuben Sandwiches, gyros and even turkey sandwich this time of year. The curly fries are good as well. I rate the food 4 stars because sometimes it can be inconsistent not bad just poorly assembled would be the best thing to say here. This last visit the curly fries I had had 2 whole fries the rest was a bunch of ends like one inch long. The inside is very nice and clean and be sure to ring the bell for good service. My child liked the the toy and roast beef sandwich in the kids meal. They have ice tea I believe is fresh brewed not from the soda machine and lemonade my kids enjoy. We will be back again.

PSA: CHECK ALL YOUR ORDER before you leave parking lot. Ordered via drive-through this afternoon at 4:22pm. and paid $28.21 for two meals that were totally incorrect Ordered #1 Beef n Cheddar and received just a beef sandwich dry with no cheddar Ordered #13 chicken club wrap and received some marketplace sandwich as pictured $30 is too much to pay for fast food that's not at least accurate per the order placed. The orders were not specialized, nothing extra or removed...plain simple billboard as is orders. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. REVISED: per generic response from Arby's Owner below I did contact corporate in regards to this issue and have yet to receive a response. Therefore, my conclusion is the company values are reflected in service rendered and all could careless about cu

This is what the bun on my roast beef sandwich looked like. And the Market Fresh sandwich I also received had the two pieces of bread facing opposite directions. Not exactly paying close attention on the 9 pm shift.
