Arby's

We have been waiting for this location to open for a while and they did not disappoint. All the one star reviews given were more than likely from people that were expecting way more from a fast food restaurant. Not to mention, Arby's has always been a bit pricey, but you can always get deals in their app. I thought the staff was friendly, especially for as busy as they were when we went on a Friday at lunchtime. I agree that it could have been a tad bigger inside, but I'm sure there should be plenty of room once the hype dies down. There was a little bit of a wait because they had to get food off the delivery truck, but it was worth the wait for the fresh hot curly fries. If you like Arby's, give them a try. I try not to give up on any place that I know can be better, but here are two mor reviews, but sadly, it doesnt get me to 5 starts. VISIT #!: Do not get the steak bites. Mine were rock hard and tasted, like charcoal briquettes. The have two tiny cups, one with the mac and cheese and another with the burnt rocks called steak. And if you love talking to AI, this drive-through is for you. Once again, Arbys comes up with another failed experiment. Stick with the Roast beef and cheddar. Do NOT buy the steak. It is nasty. I tossed mine VISIT #2 The AI machine , used in drive thru, never recongnized me, so I sat and waited while two other cars in the other lane, got help, and went forward. With this location being so new you would think that the manager would be on top of the food they let off of the line, quite the opposite. This is my second time visiting this location and it has just been awful the food is lukewarm and I decided to give the steak nuggets a try in the bowl format with macaroni. The steak was literally black and as hard as charcoal almost looks like sun-dried dog turds. I spent $8 on this so I'm forcing myself to eat it, but never again. I'll be going back to my regular Arby's cuz this one just absolutely sucks for food quality. The only thing that seemed to be edible was the potato cakes. I have attached a picture that I used the flash on, the steak is so overcooked it's not even reflecting light

Pulled up to drive through and the order was taken by AI. Said there was a special on fish sandwich. 2 for 7. Ordered 2 fish. Got to window and the gal says 11 dollars and some cents. What? I thought they had a special. 2 for 7. She says not this location. Guess who’s not going to this location again. If you aren’t offering the special then take it off order machine.

The only thing that tasted good was the COKE! Curly fries were all in small, cold pieces! The potato cakes were cold also. We didn’t get napkins or straws with our order! The two female employees at the window were not very friendly at all! I was so excited for this one to open and now I’m so disappointed!
