Arby's

I was in there tonight and ordered the two for $6.99 fish and cheddars so four sandwiches all together by the time I get home to Bowie, Arizona and opened them and they had no cheddar sauce.

We go here every other week or so for half a year and this is my experience. Cashier is usually fine, just an issue once but was likely a newer cashier. Food quality varies. Curly fries are almost never intact and freshness varies greatly. And just got their new venison mixed burger and it looked like this on the inside and the film layer of the wrapper came off and mixed into the cheese. The only regularly good food I've ordered is their chicken wrap

The manager on register (im assuming that is what she is) is extremely rude. She never acknowledges the people waiting line. It is very rude. This is the 3rd time we've been in there and she is like that every time. Apparently she doesn't like her job. I get they're probably short staffed but it takes like seconds to greet people or say ill be with you in a minute. Won't be going back.

Arby's of safford its been a long while since I've ate at your establishment. The last time was lacking, however this time changed my mind about the store. The Ruben I ordered was made to perfection looked picture perfect. The potatoes cakes are fluffy and crispy. Great job.

Extremely Pricy 3.29 for a measly medium soda that is prolly 12 oz of drink. Who came up with this horrible packaging for the boneless wings? Boxes are gushing sauce everywhere since we ordered in drive thru and didn't realize things were leaking out the bottom of two. The car and our laps are covered in sticky residue now; fries were dumped in the box and had sauce all over them also. Nothing spectacular in the food either. Eat anywhere else but here. Apathetic & uncaring service
