Arby's

Never again. Spent $39 and the food was very poor quality. The French dip sandwich looked like it came from the bottom of a mattress, and my bacon ranch sandwich , had only a tiny piece of bacon and the bread was hard and stale.

Me and my girlfriend decided to try arby's tonight we haven't been in a while and we definitely were shocked by how little meat they put inside we spent like $50 between the 2 of us very disappointed will not be returning.

Came to eat at this location because they normally have really good food. But today when we got there the lobby was closed at 3:30 pm so we decided to drive thru it and eat in the car. But then they also were not accepting online or app orders. So we went to the drive thru window to ask them to at least honor the deal prices and they said they could not. So if you guys don't want customers or sales for the day , just close. Horrible service.

Just had the best customer service I’ve ever had in a drive-through! I appreciate the fantastic service shown by Joseph I hope all of his efforts are noticed! He was incredibly kind, patient, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire interaction, he was happy to help me adjust my order when I decided to add a few more items. The food tasted delicious and came out of the bag hot even after driving home!

So check it out I have never been inside this Arby’s and that’s the reason I love it so much. I drive a work van that’s has a large tool box with ladder racks and I this is the only drive thru that I know of in riverside that has enough clearance for my ride. The food is always good and the employees are always pleasant. This Arby’s has the best van access or truck access in the IE If you’re on the road, hungry for roast beef and in a hurry this location has got your back. Cruise through this spot get your self a classic double Arby’s with criss cut fries and a Dr. Pepper. Get a packet of Horsey Sauce and Arby’s sauce put it in the sandwich and have a most excellent day!
