I was apart of the first 50 club!!!! I was number 20 and waited two and a half hours .I was told that managers like to give Club 50 members a hard time when redeeming coupons. I really hope this is not the case! I will find out in the future and adjust my rating accordingly. Update! 9/28/18 so far all of management has been nothing but courteous and respectful. I'll tell you one thing though everything I've had has been amazing! Even the employees have been kind and courteous. I recently tried a gyro for the first time and of course I got the kind that's officially Greek. For the life of me I never thought I'd love it the way I did. The food was good. Some was hot, some kind of luke-warm. Before I could give the employee the name for the order, he cut me off and said to pull around. That was a little off-putting. The brisket sandwich was really good.

Guys you need to order the meat mountain, it’s a delicious huge sandwich they offer on the secret menu!! The sandwich was cooked to perfection, buns were nice and warm and wait time was minimal. Dominick served me and truthfully he needs a raise, 10/10 service!!

Just pulled through the drive-thru, after a long day at work.(BLT is banger btw) Scotty is legit. 5 star employee. Took my order, was out of the way friendly and helpful, even suggested his favorite drink when I asked, bc I wasn’t sure what to get. Food hot and fresh even at 9 pm. Srsly, bro was great, all the snaps, all the raises. He even listened to my old lady stories of my days in food service. Definition of Arby-tastic, in fact, he said he was Arby-tastic this night. Thanks to all staff who made my food and special shout out to the one and only S-Dogg.

Today, I went through your drive-through and experienced something that was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. As someone with a multicultural background and an accent, I was mocked and laughed at by employees while placing my order. One associate started making fun of my accent, and I could hear others laughing in the background. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and took over the order in a professional manner, but the mocking and inappropriate comments continued from the background. When I drove up to pay, I could still hear the employees making ignorant and disrespectful remarks about me. This behavior is unprofessional, discriminatory, and deeply offensive. No customer should ever be treated this way. I consider this a case of prejudice and racial discrimination. Racism and mo
