Eat here at your OWN RISK. First I would like to say that I always treat people with respect and dignity because none of us live long enough or make enough money to put up with difficult people. I'm always in a good mood when I'm going to get food because hot food puts me in a good mood and that is how the interaction started. I planned on getting two sandwiches because that's all I need but as I pulled up I saw "4 for 10". I then looked at how much a roast beef sandwich costed and it was about $5. So the 4 for 10 didn't make sense to me because each sandwich would only be $2.50 which seems too cheap, and nobody's going to eat for sandwiches. So I asked the guy what is this 4 for 10 and he immediately says in a snarky tone "it's four sandwiches for $10". I admit I probably sounded stupid

I added 3 more stars, due to great customer service after my complaint. As of Jan. 14, 2026 am a very satisfied customer.

Good and fresh. But, customer service skills are lacking everywhere in the fast food industry! The young lady that took our order did good, but the young man that also helped us didn't say one word, not a smile, nothing! This happens ALL THE TIME, everywhere! Why is is so hard for these young people to make eye contact and say HELLO or THANK YOU?!

Out of Coke. Out of potato cakes. Crinkle fries were undercooked. This location is going downhill.

I went to place an order at the drive-up, they were extremely rude, they kept hurrying me up with my order and asking me do you want anything else do you want anything else. When I went up to the drive up the order was completely wrong and the manager was horrible didn't offer to fix my order just gave me my money back. I will never go there again!!! And this has been a consistent pattern because I used to go there all the time.
