This is 2x we tried the food here & is was disappointing. I do not recommend anyone get the brisket. The sandwich was $8 with the flattest piece of meat ever. My husband wouldn't even eat it, he said it tasted gross. Such a waste of money. I know what you see is not what you get. However, those were the most deceptive photos ever.

It seems this location was better than the Kingston location, but apparently the female manager would rather use profanities loud enough for several customers to hear well also having the upcharge for things like cheese we're not actually putting on anything more than a smear. The meat was not fresh and literally cold!! Tried to call the store, of course No answer just a silly recording saying to call back later! Customer service through the number via the app was equally as terrible. This is not the way to treat customers

We appreciated the friendliness and accuracy of the individual at the drive through window. She wasn't distracted and this is something that is unusual since cellphones became the norm. We thank her.

Service with a smile, food was good. Handled lunch rush like a champ. Easy access off of 476.

For $8 a sandwich 🥪 which is 2 slices of bread and a less than adequate piece of meat, I feel that the service should be bet ter. I needed change and practically had to beg a server for it. Very rude at the drive through. Didn't go inside. With the cost of fast food being ridiculous these places should be better with courtesy and more perks.
