Arby's

Kind of a mixed review ... This spot is right off I-49 so it's easy to get to and then back on the highway. It's in a Loves Truckstop, connected to a very large convenience store. Arby's itself..... well, it was dark for a restaurant. I thought it was closed ! The door was unlocked and luckily there was a family eating and they told me they ARE opened. We went to the counter - still not an employee in site. Just as I was about to holler "Hello!" the girl comes around the corner doing something on her phone. Getting past all that, the food was good. Nice dining room, tho a bit dark :D Dunno if I'll go back to that Arby's, but the truck stop half is great ! Not only cold drinks and snacks, but hot food, a deli section, even a selection of clothes.

If you're looking for a masterclass in terrible customer service, the Arby's in Pineville, LA has you covered. I walked up to the entrance only to be greeted by an employee smoking like it was their full‑time job and the restaurant was just a side hustle. Inside, the attitude was somehow even worse. Eye‑rolling, mumbling, and acting personally offended because I asked for one item to be left off a sandwich -- apparently a request so outrageous it required dramatic performance. The whole experience felt like I had interrupted them from doing nothing. I always thought people went to work to actually work I guess I was wrong in this case. Truly impressive levels of rudeness. So much so I them old to forget my order because they were to rude for me.

I ordered ONE meal. They told me to pull around front that it would take about 7 mins. Okay I can do that. 30 mins later I am walking inside. The girl who is fixing the bags has NO IDEA what she is doing. She gave my food out the window already. The man cooking and running the register is not paying attention. He proceeds to tell me itll be ANOTHER 15 min wait for my food that I have now waited 35 mins for. Um no sir. Just refund me. Then once he refunds it, says itll be back on my card within 10 business days. This establishment has gone so far down that im not sure if it can be fixed. They cannot say they were busy, as there were 0 cars in the drive through when I got there. 1 family inside already eating. 1 man who got there while I was parked and waiting for his food also. Gave it 4 stars because it was good for fast food. No one goes here expecting gourmet. You get what you ask for and it was warm. Our order was correct. We will be returning next time we pass thru.

Service was not good. The woman taking the order was very rude and condescending about my order. She corrected me about what I ordered, even though she was wrong. To top it all off I still received the wrong order and the food was cold. Multiple items on the menu were not in stock. The seating area and condiments area was unclean. The garbage was over flowing. Some of this would be understandable if the place was busy, but there was only one other couple present. I would not recommend this place.
