Excellent customer service by Michael, I'm not very familiar with the menu and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. I also observed him interacting with other customers and he has great people skills! I gave him kudos for his customer srrvice skills. I'm happy that I stop here and will definitely be back. The food was also delicious. I had the french dip with the curly fries.

Beautiful, clean, very well-designed restaurant. A young man who took my order was very nice, polite, extremely helpful, and soft-spoken. The order was prepared very fast. Food was tasted delicious, fresh, warm. We had Fish N Cheddar, Classic Fish, and curly fries, I'm very happy with this Arby's Highly recommend. At first, it took a little long. I ordered 4 different types of sandwiches, and asked if she can mix the sauces. When I got them, there were no sauces in the bag, which was no big deal cause I have plenty of sauce at home. But, the girl insisted upon going back in and getting some..so I waited. In the meantime, the 2 bags that the sandwiches were in were greasy on the bottom… and I did not want to put them down anywhere in the car…so when she came out, she noticed I was holding the bags and she insisted upon taking them back in and re-bagging them for me. Ultimately, she gave me a nice variety of sauces, and she packed them really nice in the bags and said she was sorry…and please come back. It was worth the wait. The sandwiches were excellent. Have had good results here and always enjoyed it. This past visit was not edible. At least the roast beef sandwich was awful. Soggy stale roll squashed flat, runny cheese sauce (not requested) and some sort of liquid on the other side of the sandwich. It was disgusting and I threw it away.

So, I Had Been Craving A Classic Beef & Cheddar For The Longest Time!! So I Ordered 4 Of Them With A Large Curly Fries And I Ate All Of It Myself!! TOTALLY WORTH IT!! My Craving Is Settled!!
