Placed my order in the app and went to the location. Drove to the window, spoke with Lauren, such a friendly delightful woman. The service was fast, efficient and with a smile. Did I mention she even smiled and talked about come back (laughing and joking 😆) Definitely all around positive experience, making me think about my next visit already. A cut above most fast food places. Great service, Better than expected food. Great price with a coupon. Try the burger and potato cakes! Arby's knows how to do meats, plural! Not just one meat. I can't resist their cherry turnover.

This is one of the better Arby's I've been to. Service was quick. I had a Ruben which was good for a fast food restaurant. My partner had the 5 piece steak nuggets but wouldn't get again. Not much food.

I usually only get cookies from Arby’s Decided to go WAY off my lane to get this burger that looked so good. I waited forever and got a cold burger with CHEESE that I said no to. I called back because I was mad that I didn’t have time to come get my food right. The lady was nice enough to take my name and offer me a free burger and fries. That was “fine” I decided to try eating the “Cheese“ burger and realized it’s UNDER COOKED. Which is why I went ahead to give this review. Because any place who cooks beef to specifications ALWAYS ASK FIRST. So I KNOW that they were negligent. No drive thru asks if you want medium or well done(.)! Because they are supposed to cook the whole thing?

The best Arby's in Fayette county! We all know the Arby's in Fayetteville down the road is the worst. But this Arby's is the best I have ever eaten at. Please trust me.... I am about the meats. Arby's please send some help to the Fayetteville location.... I DO NOT eat there anymore but the citizens in that area deserve better.
