I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Arby’s location. Kaitlyn, who I believe is the manager, provided exceptional customer service. I had a small issue with my order, and she handled it immediately with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She offered me a refund or a fresh meal without hesitation and even went the extra mile by giving me a coupon book for my next visit. Her positive attitude, genuine care, and dedication truly stood out. She made me feel valued as a customer, and this kind of service is rare to find. The restaurant was very clean, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. Because of Kaitlyn, I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this Arby’s to others. Keep up the amazing work, Kaitlyn—you are a true asset to this store.

I used to not come very much because the people were unpleasant. But I have to write a review now because they've made such a huge improvement overall. I finally feel comfortable with the staff and they're working on their times and freshness. Give them raises and keep them/ keep them happy😊

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We placed out order, filled up our drink cups and sat down. A friendly staff member came up to our table and apologized for an incident they had in the back with one of their fryers and then needed to make new batch of french fries and offered us a free milkshake for the inconvenience. It was no problem to us at all as we weren't really even in there for that long of time. The fact that this store did this showed the amazing customer service they offer. This from now on will be my go to Arby's. Bravo!

During my inaugural visit to this establishment, I was immensely pleased when they graciously accommodated my sizable order, comprising six distinct items necessitating separate transactions—a convenience not universally extended by certain unnamed competitors. While the quality of the cuisine was commendable, regrettably, there was a slight mishap with my order. Despite requesting the wagyu burger, I received the cheesy bacon burger instead. However, aside from this discrepancy, the experience was satisfactory. The manager assured me of rectifying the error promptly. Hence, I've rated this establishment with four stars, withholding the fifth until the issue concerning my order is amicably resolved. Oh, their curly fries are to-die-for! Can't go wrong with those. This location has gone majorly downhill - to the point of it being not edible. I came through 3 weeks ago and got hard pieces of beef (like plastic-hard) in both of my roast beef sandwiches. I asked for a refund and was given a refund - no big deal. I thought I would try it again 3 weeks (and sone change) later. Unfortunately, I got the same garbage (pictured). I asked for a refund (again) for the 2 sandwiches I received, but wanted to warn others about making the sake mistake. They’re sending out plastic-y roast beef and when pointed out 3 weeks ago - didn’t change anything. Might want to try a different restaurant.
