Arby's

I was never a big Arby's fan until I went to this one. The nicest cleanest fast food place I've ever been in. The staff is some of the friendliest I've ever met. The owner clearly cares about this store.

Friendly staff and the food is hot and fresh. They have guests that have decided to never leave!

I have been coming to this Arby's now for a couple years consistently. I immediately was impressed at how friendly the staff was as soon as you walk in. The dining area itself is always decorated in some sort of theme and it's always spotless clean. The food is always just what I ordered and it's on time hot and fresh. They do a good job there so I hope they keep it up!

After waiting several minutes at the drive-thru speaker(was told to please hold), my order was taken. As you can see on the receipt, I tried to order French Dip with dbl meat. Since they only had 6oz meat left instead of the needed 8oz, they chose not to sell the 6oz at a discounted rate and just sell a 4oz sandwich. Why not sell me the 2oz at half the cost of dbl meat? I asked and was told ‘no’. Saving meat for the next day? Does Arby’s have any 2oz roast beef options in which they could have sold the product tonight? Unless there’s an explanation, that’s a missed opportunity to sell more and have full customer satisfaction-neither happened.

This location is awesome, because they decorate for the holidays, foods always good, they did have a newer person in there who wasn't very lively and you couldn't hardly hear her speak that's the only reason for the three stars on service...
