I love Arby's as long as you get what you wanted. The weekly day shift workers are fabulous! Always smiles & knows me by name (mobile orders) Orders are always right & they even remember my sauces when I forget to put them in the app order!

Fantastic place! A clean, neat store and friendly employees. Delicious food served fresh at good prices. Conveniently located on Brewerton Road. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommended!

Very good gyros and curly fries not too crowded had my choice of where I wanted to sit the workers were very friendly had a nice conversation while waiting for my food which was served hot and fresh

We spent 38.00 dollars on cold dried out food. We complained about chicken tenders right away. They said they would drop new ones. Came out we left and got home 4 min away. They were hard as a rock dried out and old. They lied to us. Service was rude. Called when I got home and asked for manager. He said what can I do for you? I said are you the manager? He said Yup. No name, not cordial and sounded like a teenager. I am so disgusted. I will not be returning.

I wish Arby's had more chicken options, but everything I have had from here is delicious! Prices are higher than I would expect for fast food. It isn't THAT good. 6 years later: I got a Chicken Bacon Swiss meal because I was starving and I haven't had Arby's in a while. They forgot the chicken on my chicken sandwich.. disappointing. The BLT with cheese was alright though, just not worth $13.
