Arby's

Awful. I wish I could rate it zero stars. Went through drive thru. Shorted me a 2 pc order of potato cakes and the marinara sauce in the meat and three box. Called and was told that I had to come back to get the items that evening. Didn't want to waste another half an hour and was told there was nothing else they could do for me. Further the ice tea was undrinkable. Just honestly in my opinion this was theft. I usually visit several times a month. Not anymore! I hope the few dollars they saved by shorting me was worth it. They have lost a customer for good.

👌+👍+🌟 Nothing special about the layout or atmosphere. I guess, it really isn't necessary to have a tremendous atmosphere at Arby's. Most people just go to the drive-thru! But as I went inside, the interior was extremely clean even the bathrooms! That shows some pride. Their Waygu burgers are very good, of course (My personal choice) I would leave off the burger sauce, the flavor and natural juiciness of the Beef, tomatoes, onion and lettuce are delicious on its own...🤩. Their curly fries are good, and if you eat in, the soda machine is in the seating area. So you can get your own refill. The prices were actually more reasonable than most of the other fast food places! And the staff was very friendly.

I would come here for lunch quite often but never again. There was mold on the bottom of the bun, I have no idea how much mold I ate. When brought to the counter, they used the excuse that the bag wasn’t expired and it wasn’t mold. I use to enjoy Arby’s, but never again.

Literally my first time even trying arbys and i ordered two meals. They said they didnt have one of the sandwiches I ordered so I had fo swap one out then they tried to say I only ordered the Sandwiches and not the meal. The whole interaction feels very unorganized And not a great first impression.

RDS-01397 Miracle. I believe it is important to share my feedback in order to help the company improve its overall service. First and foremost, the customer service I received was below my expectations. The employee I encountered seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me. When I requested additional cheese for my sandwiches, I was met with refusal and a lack of empathy. This type of attitude is not representative of good customer service. Furthermore, when I asked for a refund due to the unsatisfactory experience, I was denied without any valid explanation. This only added to my frustration a
