Arby's

I drove over 20 minutes to get Arby’s. Originally wanted the new shake but the machine was broke. Now is steak supposed to look like chocolate cake? Macaroni was old couldn’t even eat it. If you spend $10 on just this bowl then I expect it to be somewhat fresh and not burnt to a crisp and unable to eat. I will be calling tomorrow and complaining with a manager and I will get my money back.

I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss but when I got home I discovered there was no chicken on it. I drove back across town expecting that they would give me a new sandwich but instead they just slapped a piece of chicken on it, sloppily wrapped it back up and gave it back to me. I was very disappointed with how it was handled. Not even an apology. Update: Arby's responded with a link wanting further details but the link doesn't work.

Had to wait a 20 minutes for 1 sandwich, in that wait time 3 other orders were sent back including my sandwich that makes 4. Incompetent and slow is how I'd review this location. Even my redone sandwich was wrong the second time. Got the turkey stuffing sandwich, which was not deep fried turkey and had no stuffing on it. Ate it anyway because I was faint due to the wait.

"Picture shows the sandwich I received with lettuce.. Today I went and ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich meal with NO lettuce. I got a sandwich with lettuce on it after I'd repeated several times I wanted NO lettuce. Also ordered a LARGE strawberry lemonade and it was a small sized and was even told it was a large. I then went inside from the drive-thru and was ignored for 5 to 10 minutes. There was nobody else in the line. I then was greeted by an employee who was complaining about having to remake my sandwich, she even went as far as complaining to other employees. It was eventually remade after about 5 to 10 minutes later. Meanwhile my fries sat and got cold. They refused to remake those and gave the cold ones back to me. She stated that they cannot keep them so I have them back. Al

Congrats. You know how to make fast food so slow that I can't even come here for lunch. Today I waited 17 minutes to order food. Three vehicles to get to order and I only moved once. I left drove home and made a frozen pizza and back to work faster than waiting in drive through for what was supose to be fast food. Not ever coming back
