Arby's is doing a great job. The food is hot and the service is good. I have enjoyed the newer offerings on the menu.
ROAST BEEF was not done !!! Brought 5 roast beef sandwiches from this location today, bit into one of them and the meat was not even fully cooked. Not sure if they’re aware that that’s a easy lawsuit, but NEVER GOING BACK!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Cashier was too busy with her phone and the customers Infront of us, til a couple walked in and she had to get us. Then took 6 mins to get our food. Hardly any cheese sause and my bun was hard
Worst Arby's I've ever been to and I used to live in Florida. Sandwhich was pathetic, fries were cold with no seasoning (and no ketchup to make up for the lack of seasoning), and they tried to charge me for a medium meal when I ordered the small meal.
This was the absolute worst Arby’s experience ever. DO NOT STOP HERE. We placed a to-go order (inside) and from start to finish we waited over 30 freaking minutes! They messed up our order twice within that time. This place is awful. No sense of urgency of anyone working there. What a mess.
