Arby's

The steak nuggets are awful. Although if you're looking for jerky you might like it. The one good thing I can say about the steak is there was no fat. The chicken strips are not very good. Soft breading, tough meat, below average flavor. The beef n cheddar is good as always. Hot and fresh. Same with the fries. Service is fast and friendly. Dining room is clean.

I have been a fan of Arby's for many years, I stopped in for a quick late lunch. I had the double roast beef sandwich and some potato cakes. I would have to say that was the best Arby's meal I can remember having. The meat was juicy with a great taste. The bun was fresh and the potato cakes were delicious nice and crisp on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. I don't usually get excited about fast food but this was a good experience. The staff was friendly as well.

Arby's is always super enjoyable for me. Love their Roast Beef ń Cheddar. Fish specials during the month of April. 2 for $6.99. What kept my grade today from being 5 stars is that there were absolutely no napkins anywhere to be found and secondly, even though the cashier was great and did a nice job, I ordered only one of my fish with cheese and both came with cheese. Not a big deal. Enjoyed my visit today.

Let me edit my review because I received a feedback form from Arbys that will not work. The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. - My wife encouraged me to leave a negative review and include pics of the sandwiches, the counter and the condition of the store but I have not written the review yet. I understand Arby's may not be aware of the way customers are treated and I hope this is an isolated problem. We love Arbys food but not DRY sandwiches. If your store truly ran out of sauce, I hope this is an isolated and rare case.

Few days ago when I went there, I did not receive the food that I ordered for takeout. I did not check till I got home. I called and spoke with a female manager and she said just bring the receipt back and we will take care of it for you which seemed fine but when I went back two days later so they can take care of the situation for me, He asked me for my name I spelled it out, and he said the manager did not write your name down But I said I have the receipt.
