Arby's

Store needs people who actually care . I'm here now and ordered a Classic Roast Beef, Crinkle fries and a drink. Had to tell the young lady that my food was ready and sitting there waiting to be given to me. Unwrapped the sandwich and it was wrong. She looked at me and said I can't take it back but I can make you another one. No I'm sorry about that or anything but she acted like it was my fault. I was here 2 weeks ago with my wife and had another bad experience. Lesson learned, won't be back.

This store is in dire need of help. You could tell they were understaffed And they had only one person bagging, and that was the issue and they didn’t have anybody that was at the registers, helping out the line in the dining room. I looked back and also saw that the floors near the deep Fryers were dirty, There were fries all over the floor, And you can tell that they were just struggling God bless them. What they need to do to improve it is to have a person that is always just at the front counter, Ready to take an order another person that is Going out cleaning tables in the dining room And sweeping floors, And then whenever they get a line they can jump from cleaning the tables to helping out if there is a line, that can insure better productivity, Also remember the presentation Eve

So sloppily thrown together I took a pic. I usually love Arby's. Not tonight. Gross.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars. The bathroom was very clean. Also was noticeably convenient for handicapped customers to access. The parking lot had a nice handicap set up as well. The food was hot and it was fresh and it was very fast and the customer service was ideal. Very friendly staff. Manager was doing a very good job at instructing his team. The only thing that wasn't very good was that the floor was very very slippery, even though it was not wet. just have to make sure you watch your step in there if you're not wearing non-slip shoes.

Not good at all, condiment center was out of ketchup and horsey sauce but worse than that it was really dirty. Food was barely warm even though we asked for the potatoes cakes to be made fresh. I will never eat here again. The two in Plainfield are top notch. Good service, good food. Make the drive, it's worth it.
