Really impressive that an employee looked at this and said “yeah…. Yeah this is acceptable” before putting a piece of chicken skinnier than a nugget on a slider….. and the fries are colder than an Ohio Christmas. Seems like the employees could care less about anything going through that window.

I was curious how their corn beef was. It is real corn beef. I ordered the Reuben sandwich. It is delicious. I will get it again. I also got some mozzarella sticks as usual they’re so good. I used a delivery company to deliver and I love the way that Arby’s package it for the trip to my house.

I stopped here after I arrived in Medina finishing up a very long trip that I was taking. I will say that the service was great, and the food came out very quickly which was good. I don't often eat here a lot, but I'd recommend it if you need something filling. :)

Let me say I was asked to go here to write a review of this restaurant. The service people were so nice and helpful as I purposely stumbled with my order. The counter was dirty. I had to ask for my drink cup. The fountain drink area were I had to get my own beverage was so dirty with sauces and pop that I almost gave their cup back. I was scared to touch anything after that. The tables and floors are dirty. The bathrooms need a power washer and deodorizer also. The food quality was decent, the food temperature was inadequate and could have made me sick. A serious inquiry to the health department will be my next step. 2 stars for friendly employees.

Well... Im going to have to go off my previous experience rather than off a new fresh take because they locked the door early... gotta gear back up and hit up Taco Bell. From memory, the floor and tables all have the same tacky feel of being wiped down with the same rag as the fryer and grill. Ill let you know if its improved if I catch them open.
