The value vs cost just isn’t there. The first two are the chicken strips (if that’s what you call a strip). They were literally 2-3 bites max. At roughly $10 for a 5 piece it’s just not worth it. The third item in the picture is a cheese stick (about the same size as a chicken strips). Their cheese are always good but the chicken strips….geez!!!!

Got 9 piece steak nuggets at drive thru Sunday evening, Oct 19. They were awful. Cold in the middle. Tasted like pot roast that had been heated too many times. Greasy. The BBQ sauce dipping sauce couldn't mask the taste

I was so looking forward to the Gobbler Sandwich, when I got home & opened it up, it looked awful. All of the turkey was in a pile in the middle of the long bun, the stuffing was in a glob under the turkey. I spread the turkey out along the bun, was unable to spread the stuffing because the bottom bun was coming apart. A small portion or the turkey & stuffing was alittle warm, the rest was cold, there was barely any cranberry sauce. Would have been great if it had have been like was described & how it looked on the picture

Hope they get better. Love Arby's. Worst one I've ever been too, but they are new and short handed. That aside, you don't make sandwiches for every order on the board and let them get cold while people wait around for a half hour. They politely refunded me after waiting for 20 minutes and deciding I didn't want to watch them making sandwiches on dirty tables while 25 people sat in the drive through and in the store waiting on food.

The cashier was very personable and knowledgeable. The whole crew was friendly. Food was made fresh and accurate. They've definitely got a good team now (Sept 2025).
