Arby's

Tried the steak nuggets. They were bland and dry. They were tender. They reminded me of meat that had been cooked in a slow cooker too long. They are served with barbecue sauce by default. Steak sauce would have been better with these, and you definitely need a sauce if you are going to eat these. Everything else was good.

Absolutely ridiculous as expected in today's society. 10 minute wait to even place the order. 20 minute wait at window and still wrong with bad attitudes all the way across the board. When it's " fast food" and nothing in the industry takes longer than 30 seconds to prepare, these people do not deserve the increased wages , in fact they don't even deserve the sub $3/hour I made when I worked on the industry and performed 10000% better. Shut the place down. Absolutely everything is bad bad.

Very quick to fill order especially during lunch rush. Counter person was nice and professional.

I went there today for lunch March 19th 2023 and I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap meal and I waited in line forever because the girl was having a conversation with two cars in front of me laughing chucking it up hanging out the window didn't care about other people's time, then when I finally got up there there was no apology for keeping me waiting or keeping any of us waiting and I paid my $14.16 and got my meal & left & parked back at my job open my food and tried eating my wrap but it was so hard to hold because they drowned and I mean drowned it in Buffalo sauce there was no Ranch on it at all but it was very hard to eat and the sauce kept getting all over me because they drowned the wrap! The place was packed, and many customers were waiting to order. My order was processed by the computer terminal, but the next order wasn't; the computer system locked up and none of the staff could fix it. But Arby's staff handled it very well, as did the waiting customers. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my simple order of 1 sandwich. I was impressed with that Arby's. They should all get an "Atta boy!" for that.
