Arby's

The customer service is broken. From getting into line until we drove away was 31 minutes. No kidding! I understand that they must have been short staffed but that doesn't excuse the poor customer service. To top it off, when I got my food the two sandwiches were barely edible. The buffalo chicken sandwich was so drenched in sauce, it came out with every bite. The chicken itself was on the dry side. The beef and cheddar sandwich also was covered in a lot of cheese. I like a lot but there's a limit. The curly fries were delicious. I do love this place because it helps me save money by not wanting to go back. They may have the meats but they don't have the customer service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. At approximately 2:40 PM yesterday, I walked into the Arby’s in Madison, Florida, and was shocked by what I saw and heard. Employees behind the counter were openly cussing and throwing tantrums because the 3:00 PM shift was not arriving on time and they were ready to leave. Two of the three front counter employees were raising their voices loud enough that it could be heard out in the connected gas station area. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior in front of customers. On top of that, the cleanliness of the facility was poor and the overall attitude of the staff was terrible. $90 order, even paid $0.75 per sandwich for cheese cups online order and didn't receive the cheese sauce. Husband got a French dip and didn't have the au jus. Was ready and hot but not paying attention to orders

Grabbed a bite to eat while charging tesla. Rennea (seriously, I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), and staff took exceptional care of us. The food was great. You can tell that they clean the windows every day. That's a bonus!! The drink station was being cleaned while we were there. Very respectful and hospitable, of all guests. I tried the fish sandwich for the first time, and I was pleased, over the mcdonalds fish sandwich.

It's attached to a gas station, so expectations were low. Food took 20 mins to get in the drive thru (mind you, it wasn't busy at all, I think they just forgot I was out there) but it tasted okay. 5/10
