Arby's

For the first time ever I went to Arby's to try their new Gobber and Mac. Discusting cold everything. We told the person running shift, she looked at us like we were aliens, no sorry, no I take care of it. We get the food back, no change. I would never visit Arby's again or buy their cold food. Manager didn't give two craps. We got so mad we didn't ask for a refund but left to give the food to our dogs .

So grateful to the few people who made it to work in the snow today. Love going through the drive thru to see Harmony. Great food great prices! Very happy with my visits everytime

I came into the Lebanon Missouri location today 3/25/26. Harmony, liz, and sam, we're all very kind and patient and assisting me to get the customers order as well as me as an individual. They all endured the snow to come into work today and we're very helpful

May have picked a bad night. They were out of the country style rib that I came for. However, I waited for over 5 minutes to get waited on with no one in front of me. There were several employees who looked at me but seemed too busy to wait on a customer. But the absolute worst part was getting ketchup for my fries. It was easy enough to find in a packet holder, but each one seemed as if it was dug out of the trash. They were sticky and clumped together. You felt like you needed a shower after trying to get a couple of packets. I asked if they had other ketchup. I was told yes and given more from behind the counter that was just as sticky. Truly disgusting.

Went to the drive thru tonight and we ordered roast beefs. And they got our order wrong! And when they came back with our correct order, they said they was out of cheddar and but didn’t think to bring the money we paid for the cheddar! Wont be eating at this Arbys again!
