The Lunch Box Cafe

Husband and I ate here for the first time. I had the meatloaf special and he had pancakes and a hamburger patty. It was all delicious. Smaller area but worth squeezing in. We were eyeballing other customers plates to see what everyone was eating. They all commented and were super friendly, along with the waitresses. It was an all around really enjoyable experience. We would definitely go back. The prices were decent as well.

Like being at home with a big family is how I would describe the atmosphere. The food is delicious — everything. We love breakfast best because when we are in town we usually go here for breakfast. Sometimes when we need to get straight to the job site, call ahead and grab some breakfast burritos to go. You can’t go wrong here. It is a smaller dining room, but whether there is 6 of us or 2 of us, we are accommodated. It’s also a good place to meet some kind-hearted locals. Highlights so far — Biscuits & Gravy! Perfect pancakes! Justine as the waitress - amazing human! Elise was wonderful, assisting Justine. Tammy (the owner) cooked our food and came to check on us. I look forward to this place every time I’m here and always bring someone new with me to take them to my “favorite restaurant

Tasty local diner. Small and packed. Sat with a table of local strangers and felt right at home. My favorite...TATER TOTS! Don't find them very often. Every time I've been there the food comes out sizzling hot. Owner is usually in her office....the middle table. I go there every time I'm in the area.

Foods always good here. Prices are also great.

My favorite Aunt took me here this morning, said it was her go-to place when she’s in town. She’s new to this community and we are exploring. First off, CUTE place! Environment - perfect. Reminds me of my big family and a diner I used to work at - best job ever! We were greeted by everyone, that’s cool. Elise brought our drinks and gave us menus. She was kind. Justine was our server, super fun girl. Their iced tea is delicious! Owner (Tammy) says she makes it fresh every morning. I was nervous about ordering eggs, my aunt said they make them right. I ordered Over Medium, they were perfect!! It’s rare these days. Biscuits and gravy was delicious! Perfect breakfast potatoes! Loved the lunchboxes displayed around the dining room. Tammy came to check on us, which is also rare these days. From
