Arby's

As far as Arby locations go, thjis one is pretty good. The drive-thru staff are usually friendly. I don't think I've ever gotten the wrong order at this location. When you pull around the drive-thru lane give yourself a little extra room because the curb by the menu sign sticks out a little but. It can be difficult to pull out sometimes since the traffic at the light tends to back up a little during key times of the day.

I went inside to order so I wouldnt hold up the drive thru since I was ordering for 3 people. I figured since I was the only one there I didnt need to check my order. When I got home one of the fries from my meal was missing. Otherwise the food and service was great!

Every time I come here, the staff is so friendly and has great fast service! They have the best fish sandwich in fast food and their crinkle fries are to die for!

I travel from New York Cit to Lancaster PA often. On the way home I stop by this Arbys in Kutztown Pa. Most often I drive up to the window and get my order and drive away. It is always good Arbys food. Love their roast beef sandwich with the horseradish. This time we decided to get out of the car and go in. The store manager was there to help up. I am handicapped and the store is fully handicap accessible. They were really friendly and helped us with all the specials and discounts. It is such a nice place. The kitchen has been completely renovated and the operations very streamlined. The bathrooms were very clean (You get the 5th star for that). Ordered a French dip and got two sliders instead of a French dip. When I called they said “well we’re out of the buns for it” SO SAY THAT! 2 sliders is 3 dollars less than a French dip. Such a rip off. Fries had to have been sitting since they opened. 12 dollars for a meal that was all crap.
