Arby's

I went through the drive through and ordered a double Classic add cheddar sauce, medium size - with curly fries and a Coca-Cola Classic. I don't know the clerk's name but I'm assuming it's Jeremy. He was not only polite, but articulate. I overheard him talking to the young man manning the counter, who I will assume is named Guy Manning. Guy was also articulate and seemed to be someone with whom I would enjoy engaging in casual conversation. They were all around decent. I miss the days when that was typical. My roast beef sandwich was delicious. The beef was moist and wetted down with the cheddar sauce. I added Arby's sauce to the whole thing to add a little zest and to lubricate my throat. 10/10. Would definitely visit again the next time I'm in Joplin. Thank you Jeremy and Guy!

Service was AMAZING! The dining area was clean and quite peaceful to have lunch in with my friend. Macey was very nice! She definitely exceeded my expectations. She helped me with questions about things on the menu. I did NOT care for the gyros meat. You definitely have to have the taste for it!

They were out of the packets of Arby's sauce so when I asked for extra the girl actually gave me enough for both of my sandwiches in little to go cups. Can hardly ever go wrong with the classic roast beef sandwich. I had the local coupon that comes in the mail so pricing was great. Service was fast, I went thru the drive thru. I have had burger king and McDonald's here in Joplin MO, I will not be back to either.

Providing excellent customer service is vital in fast food, retail, and similar sectors. A warm welcome, such as "Hi, how are you?", is essential. Clarissa's difficulty in greeting customers with a positive attitude, compounded by her phone use, indicates that she needs to develop her customer service skills further. Especially if she’s taking on a manager role.

Always hot and fresh Check your order before you ever pull away. We're all human, shit happens. However, it's better that it happens when you're still there in the drive-thru, than when you get home.
