Arby's

Meh. Typically not rude but not friendly fast food service. Employees seemed bothered by my presence. Food met my expectation but no more.

The drive-thru man was AMAZING! He made sure everything was correct and was incredibly courteous and patient with my somewhat complicated/long order!

When I bite my burger it tasted funny so I took a photo of it, and I felt like someone was looking at me and I saw the girl who rang me up just staring at me and quickly looked away after I looked away. I looked at my husband’s wagyu burger and it looked well done, but when I took a bite out of my deluxe wagyu burger it was mostly pink. I asked the pink hair lady why my burger was pink and she told me that it’s suppose to be medium rare, and that my husband’s was also medium rare. I asked, “But why does my husband’s look more cooked than mine?” She never gave me an answer only that the burgers are medium rare. I showed her the two burgers to compare them, but she turned her back on me and didn’t seem interested because she was quietly chitter chattering to her coworker whispering and then

The service is terrible!! We went there with my family and the guy at the register was not kind at ALL. And the floors are really sticky... The tables were not clean. I love Arby's, but not this one for sure.

Love going to this location with some fellow employees of mine. I do have to point out someone that I think goes above and beyond with kindness, hospitality, and over all professionalism. Anacaona is our favorite there! You can tell she works very hard and she always makes the customers smile. 5 stars to her, because its hard finding good people out there!
