We were traveling and hungry for something to hold us over until we got home. The 4 for $10 Arby's original sandwich deal seemed perfect. I additionally ordered 3 large curly fries. At the drive up I was told the total was $23.41.. JEEZ, more for 3 fries than 4 sandwiches. This seems to be a recent trend ar fast food establishments so be aware.
Every time I go through a drive-thru or a walk-in always feel welcome hot food quick service friendly employees
Food wasn't fresh and we love Arby's I was very disappointed
The lady who waited on me was very rude and disrespectful I had ordered 2 of thier 2 for 5 and I wanted to make them a meal a the young man that took my order got my order wrong and I had to get it done right and they tried to make me pay for it but I said I was not going to pay for their mistake so the lady got real rude and said that she will fix his mistak this time but next time I will have to pay for thier mistake and I don't think I should have to pay for thier mistake and I'm not going to pay for thier mistake am I wrong for that
Clean lobby and restrooms. Friendly faces and hospitable attitudes. Food made to custom order with no mistake. Good example for other locations.
