Arby's

My husband and I stopped by the Arby’s in Gardendale for lunch today around 2:15 PM, and it was hands-down the best service we’ve ever received. The restaurant was immaculate and the food was served hot and fresh, but Naketia was truly the icing on the cake. She was incredibly welcoming and provided a level of genuine customer service that is rare to find these days. Her hospitality made our meal special, and she is a fantastic representative for the brand. We will definitely be frequent flyers at this location thanks to her! Highly recommend!"

Employees were very friendly and suggestive on items to purchase, store was clean. Sandwich looked a little small for the price two for seven dollars not horrible it was hot and tasted as it should. some lettuce on it might’ve been good. Have to remember that for next time.

The #1 double is one of my favorites!! And I can almost never go without the jalapeño bombers. The #1 double medium combo and 8pc jalapeño took me for $18.65...OUCH!!! Good fast food costs.

I visit about 4 times a week with my grandkids drive thru. But, I also meet clients there. Yesterday it was so cold inside my clients and I were shaking. One client went to the car while the other client finished signing her papers. Went to get them coffee and guess what they don't sell coffee. Unbelievable. My husband and I used to go to Arby's every Thursday night for our dinner and enjoyed the coffee afterwards. What's up with that?

The woman who was working the front register around lunchtime today had a very unpleasant attitude! She was downright rude, bossy, being a smartelic, acting snappy to her fellow co-workers, wouldn't give us costumers a chance to order without repeatedly butting in, etc. If I hadn't been there to eat lunch with my family... I would have walked out, and went elsewhere. The food was made extremely sloppy! Fries were overcooked, and majority of the drinks tasted like carbonated water! And lastly it's extremely unprofessional for her to be arguing and hateful with her coworkers while customers are trying to place orders.
