Had a slight problem with the chip reader, but was fixed almost immediately by helpful staff like Dianna and Bret. Service was quick and efficient and Chyanne rang me up with excellent customer service. The store itself is clean and looks so cute and the food was hot and ready in under 2 minutes. Thank you for hard work it's so appreciated!

Went threw the drive thru, the parking lot was super clean, the building was in great shape, the person who took my order was super nice amd very clear, the guy at the window Carl was awesome! Great personality and my order was perfect, it was hot, crispy and everything was fresh!!!

Worst service ever. Forgot the strips from one of my meals and got mozzarella sticks instead of the jalapeño poppers that I ordered. Fairbanks by far has the worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. Every drive thru that we go to our order is messed up, always missing food. But they sure charges for it.

Beautiful spot inside! Sandwich was so good forgot to take a picture until have way through. Shake was bomb! Everything I’ve tried here hit in a different way. 100 percent recommended in Fairbanks!

Fast & friendly in a bright atmosphere. Meat lovers, rejoice. Actually this is my FAVORITE Fairbanks lunch spot. The crew are so friendly, it's cozy, and the drinks refill free. Great conversations with the locals on hunting, history, and wacky weather. The wifi is good. And don't forget to ring the bell on your way out!
