Update: Arby's STOP telling customers to use your form, it DOES NOT WORK. Waste of time to fill out only for multiple errors to come back bc y'all can't even get THAT right. Was served inedible greasy SLOP. Got the brisket sandwich and two Cheddar and Beef and a plain beef. All of them were served with the LEAST care possible. The brisket was disgustingly greasy, overcooked and HARD. The cheddar and beefs were SLATHERED with cheese ALL OVER, you could not pick it up without using 10 napkins. This all cost us $35 btw, insane.

I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar for me and a Angus cheese steak large fry and large coke for my husband. His was absolutely completely sloppy and the bread was mushy, (I live a mile from them) the crinkle cut fries were rock hard, my beef and cheddar was cold. We have given this Arby's 3 chances to do better. This was the last chance. We have ran out of places to grab a quick meal from here in town. He threw away his food that's how bad it was

Ordered the new steak bites. The texture is fake meat... The flavors is close to dog kibble. i also got the steak bowl. Unfortunately the taste of the mac and cheese was that of pasta water. I was very disappointed in the meal. I also ordered the Italian for my husband specifically asked for no banana peppers that was not followed. Also got my brother a double cheeseburger and the parchment paper was stuck to the burger so bad he had to discard part of his burger to avoid eating paper. Whole experience was very disappointing. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon.

When I arrived,one lady handled it all,from order,to grill,to the indoor delivery of my food. Fast,polite,friendly,with a hot,great tasting meal,and a smile!

Waited 30 to 45 minutes for food. Order was wrong manager didn't have time to fix it or refund what was wrong. Absolutely will not go back. Worst experience ever Don't waste your money or time there.
