Arby's

Our sandwiches were fresh. The service was friendly. Fries were hot and crispy. We had to clean a table to sit down.

None of the food was fresh or good. The fries were stale. The Mac n cheese was 3/4 watery cheese and cold. I told them and asked for another one. They were rude about it. The employee said "it's just creamy" and another told me to stir it. As if that would fix the issue.

Lost my business. I will never go back to this establishment. Asked for a large lemonade with my combo, the lady ended up giving me a small cup saying that’s what the large lemonade cups are. Asked if I could switch to a large coke with light ice instead (cheaper for them anyways) she gave me a large cup of ice with a splash of coke instead. Ordered 2 of the 5 piece tenders ($13.99 each) just for them to give me nuggets and call them tenders.

Food was over priced and chincy but correct and fresh (at least it was hot). It will do in a pinch. We ate here on a road trip along I-75 so it was convenient easy off and back on the highway. The workers were courteous and helpful. The place was clean and the restroom stocked. No complaints except the general price for quite small portions.

This has to be the worst Arby’s in northern Kentucky. I ordered two fish sandwiches. Both came without tartar sauce. My wife ordered three chicken tenders as a meal. Her crinkle cut fires were hard and chewy. Definitely not a medium! They also only gave her two chicken tenders! Not to mention the wait in the drive through was 16 minutes for three cars…
